Pro tips before you compress image to 100KB

Start from the original camera file, not a photo you already saved twice as JPEG.
If a form also lists pixel size (for example 413 × 531), open Width × height, type those numbers, then compress image to 100KB.
Government portals usually want JPG, not WebP or PNG. This tool downloads JPG for that reason.
A 10KB or 20KB cap on a 12-megapixel photo will look soft. That is the limit, not a bug.

Very small targets fail on huge originals. A 20KB cap on a 4000-pixel landscape will look blocky. Crop to the subject first.
